乌克兰中部大城文尼察(Vinnytsia)持续响起空袭警报，俄罗斯数枚巡弋导弹、神风无人机袭击城市，各地发生多起爆炸。有些市民拍摄到飞掠而过的飞过，也有些人拍摄到乌克兰MiG-29战机试图拦截。
文尼察州长谢尔盖波尔索夫(Serhiy Borzov)在脸书上通知：“攻击还在持续，市民请待在避难所！军方正在努力拦截。”
推特的推文称，文尼察的发电厂被击中，冒出蘑菇状浓烟。

乌克兰国家通讯社(Ukrinform)称，俄罗斯的这波袭击大约是在下午1点，包括基辅、克里福洛、利沃夫，克列门丘克，巴甫洛格勒、罗夫诺、敖德萨、文尼察等城市都遭到攻击，空袭警报已持续一个半小时。
基辅市军政首长库列巴(Oleksiy Kuleba)表示，防空部队正在尽最大努力减低伤害切尔尼戈夫击落了两枚导弹，基辅也击落了数量不明的导弹。

有人录到俄罗斯 Kh-101巡弋导弹的飞掠影像，据说拍摄地点在切尔诺夫策州；另一段影片是乌克兰MiG-29战机以追热导弹拦截神风无人机。
