俄罗斯库班地区塔曼半岛邻近黑海的高加索港（Port of Kavkaz）周四（22）发生大规模火灾，据乌克兰媒体报导及社群媒体画面，一艘载有大量铁路油罐车的铁路渡轮被乌军以海王星导弹（P-360 Neptune）击中，现场画面可以看到浓烟升起。

乌克兰媒体《UNN》22日报导，高加索港可能遭到乌克兰导弹袭击。据社群媒体电报的消息，一艘载有大量燃料的渡轮在港口内被引爆，相关照片在网络上流传。塞凡堡（Sevastopol）的军事单位已进入戒备状态，往返克里米亚的刻赤大桥也已经封锁，港区内升起阵阵浓烟。

报导指出：“塔曼半岛的烟雾来自高加索港地区……这里以前就曾遭受多次（乌军）攻击。”随后，《克里米亚之风》（Crimean Wind）进一步报导称，一枚乌克兰导弹击中了高加索港内的铁路渡轮。
根据现场的烟雾情况，可以推测渡轮上可能装载了大量燃料。刻赤港的消息来源透露，被击中的铁路渡轮“Aquatrader”载满了铁路油罐车，目前火势非常严重。
